   • During the holiday season, this period is extended to 30 days.

2. Eligibility Confirmation

   • Once we determine that your jewelry is eligible for a return, we will email you the return address.

3. Return Shipping

   • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

   • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a refund for the item minus a 20% restocking fee to the original payment method.

   • Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full refund amount in the form of a gift card.

   • The item you are exchanging must be of equal value to the returned piece.
